This group is designed to help you step into your truth and align yourself with what you desire most in this world. There is great abundance for everyone - be it emotional, spiritual, health or financial - and it's there for the taking.
You really can do or have anything you want, and just by refocussing and living more consciously (along with the help of a supportive likeminded group), you can easily get back on track and live a life filled with joy. Whatever your knowledge on this particular topic, you're all absolutely welcome. All you need is an open mind, positive attitude and willingness to improve your lot.
I believe that meditation can open a pathway to heightened awareness and wellbeing. I offer guided meditations every month.
I have studied Reiki for over 20 years
