ChriStar will provide individual and group Light Language to raise your frequency so that consciousness can come through you to activate you. With the help of a handpan drum, she will guide our minds to quiet, our hearts to open, and our energy to allow any clearing and upgrade that our Higher Selves are wanting for each of us.

Energy doesn't have a definition to it. It has no words. Intelligence is a natural energy innately woven within us. It has nothing to do with the mind or the mental capacity to understand. We must quiet the mind for our inner expansion and the release of energies that are no longer needed and do not serve our evolution.

What is Light Language and what is it for?

Light Language is energetic communication, a multidimensional language of the soul, a channeling of higher frequencies, vibrations, and information, a human way of bringing cosmic energy to Earth.

It is transmitted through sounds, tones, hand movements, symbols, written scripts, binaural beats, or dance.

Light Language bypasses human limitations around the meaning of words. As opposed to a language made up of symbols and sounds that we have mutually agreed upon as a society or culture, it is a vibrational expression that speaks directly to our soul and DNA.

With Light Language, what we feel is more important than what we think, so it’s best to allow the mind to let go when receiving Light Language.

Its purpose is to shift our energy to a higher frequency than we usually inhabit, to help our brains enter the receptivity of the Gamma state, connecting multiple areas of our brain, associated with increased memory recall, sensory perception, focus, processing speed, and creativity.

At the soul level, Light Language can help us heal emotionally and physically, connect to our innate wisdom, evolve, activate dormant gifts and truths, and connect to our purpose. It can hold a vibration of healing for a specific topic/intention, or bring in “new” information and cosmic activation codes to help us get unstuck from the heavy energy we encounter on Earth.

Soul Sanctuary is a safe, non-judgmental, loving, healing space, a sanctuary for your soul to feel comforted and free to be all of itself. It is a place to expand our consciousness, our awareness of the truth of who we really are and why we are really here and how to BE -- in a different way than most of us were ever taught to be.

We will continue to go deeper in our connection with self and heart, ask questions, share what is on your heart/mind and what you are most desiring or looking forward to in your life, work, gifts/capacities, connections, purpose, consciousness, evolution, relationships, health, or soul's journey.

Each gathering in this group will be different and have an activity, energy, and connection to the uniquely beautiful soul sanctuary in each of us. Most will provide an opening, energetic clearing, sharing, transmission, meditation, video, visualization, audio, attunement, sound healing, channeling, entertainment, heart-spirit-soul connection, game, spiritual activity, or other experience. Tea, water, nuts, and kisses 💜 will always be offered. Some will provide a sacred cacao sharing or a broth or soup or finger foods.

Depending on what is being offered and if a guest is providing a special activity or service, the admission will range from $10 to $25 per person (to also cover Meetup's $24 monthly Organizer fee, refreshment cost, or any administrative cost).
