Free Women's Circle - (Please NOTE: a Photographer will be present)

EXCEPTIONALLY A PHOTOGRAPHER (a beautiful soul sister) WILL BE PRESENT FOR THE WHOLE WOMEN'S CIRCLE.
IF YOU COME, YOU AGREE YOUR PICTURES AND VIDEOS WILL BE TAKEN AND USED FOR MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA PURPOSES. If you do not feel comfortable with this, please skip this circle and come for our June Women's Circle instead. Thank you for your understanding and encouragement (I am finally putting myself out there!).

What to expect?
-A safe space where you will be received, heard, seen, and held.
-Activities sometimes in pairs, in groups, or alone on a given topic.
-The topic is designed to connect with yourself and your sisters on this shared journey, to learn, laugh, cry, be, heal, and release.
-Activities are similar, but not exclusive to meditation, breathing, reflective exercise, creative art, sharing, eyes gazing, and relaxing.
-The theme of the night this time will be :TBA .

Is it for me?
-It is for you if you are open-minded, eager to learn, and ready to connect authentically with yourself and your sisters.
-This circle is an inclusive healing space for all.

How much is it?
It is FREE, this is my service to the community.

What to bring?
-A water bottle
-Your yoga mat
-Wear comfortable clothes, so you can move freely throughout the night
-A pen and journal (recommended)

Who is the host?
Anick, I am a French-Canadian psychology lecturer. I arrived in Australia in 2014, and have been working in tertiary education for 12 years. My passion is to teach and support women's growth so they become who they are meant to be.
