St. Simons Island Soul Circle

If you haven’t joined us yet, now is the perfect moment.

Begin or end your week in a reflective and appreciative way. Be outside on our beautiful island and spend an hour working on your inside, getting connected with your soul.

We begin with a centering exercise and meditation, then simply share around our circle what is most alive for us in the moment.

Thats it. An hour dedicated to your attunement and well being. No preparation or RSVP required. I’ll be there opening the space every week, for those that show up as their authentic selves. There’s a beautiful sense of mystery to the whole thing. Are you willing to step into It?

There’s something miraculous about being able to share openly and be listened to with compassion. I hope to see you there!
