Soul Spot Meetup

Please join me for a group sit on Saturday mornings at 9:30 a.m. We will start promptly with a brief check in and then settle in for meditation. Open to guiding or having it be silent depending on on attendees preference. We will then close with some followup optional sharing. This is a low pressure, informal setting. All levels of experience are welcome. Come for the shared space, connection and conversation. With the weather being warmer, let’s meet outside at the Thomas Center. See you there!
