There are many different ways to meditate, and different exercises can cause a wide range of effects. By answering a few questions and performing some quick and simple meditation exercises we can gain a clearer understanding of what type pf meditation to perform, when to do it, how to breathe, what to focus on, etc. Think of it as a shortcut to meditation success by using critical thinking to guide the process.

This is a fairly informal event. The plan is as follows. We mill meet and synchronize with each other for a bit before beginning. We will start with a question and answer session followed by some short meditations. After evaluating the data we will decide on a primary meditation for each person. Following the primary meditation, we will meet to share and discuss. Bring a towel, blanket, yoga mat, or whatever will make you comfy in the grass.
