Welcome, Sister, to the Soul Stroll! FREE EVENT

Whether you have just recently moved to the area or you have lived here for decades, if you want to get to know other women and create friendships this group is for you.

Together, we will be walking around Lake Balboa in a gentle pace that allows for conversations to take place. Let’s share worries and stresses of modern-day life, exchange thoughts and solutions, chat about our lives, have fun and enjoy laughter with each other. De-stress, get fresh air, and recharge.

Easy movement in your body will create movement in your life. With the support of other women, we can get through any hardship that inevitably comes our way. Having the right circle of women around you is the biggest life upgrade you can experience.

Help shape this group into the group of friends you have always wanted to belong to. This is a safe, caring, loving and supportive community. All women are welcome.

We are meeting outdoors (Lake Balboa) early in the morning on Mondays (8:00am) at the boat rental place.

Drop in anytime, a commitment to show up regularly is not necessary!

This is a FREE event.

If you are looking to connect with women from around here, put on your walking shoes, bring a bottle of water, and join us for a Soul Stroll. Meet at the boat rental building (6300 Balboa Blvd., Van Nuys, CA 91316) on Monday mornings at 8am and at the Sherman Oaks Mall on Wednesday evenings at 6pm.
