What we’re about
Welcome to Soul Trails, a mindful hiking group for people in their 30s and 40s who want to slow down, reconnect with nature, and walk with intention.
We’re not here to rush to the summit — we’re here to breathe deeply, feel grounded, and enjoy the present moment with like-minded souls.
This group is for you if:
You enjoy peaceful walks more than performance hiking.
You're curious about mindfulness, presence, and slowing down.
You crave connection with nature, with others, and with yourself.
You prefer good conversations and quiet moments over loud crowds.
Whether you're an experienced hiker or just starting, this group is inclusive, easygoing, and open-hearted. Expect gentle to moderate trails, reflective pauses, and optional mindful practices (like breathwork or silent walking) woven into our hikes.
We meet on weekends, exploring local green spaces, forests, and hidden trails around the Southampton area. Most walks are 1.5–3 hours, and we keep the pace slow and steady.
What to expect:
Mindful hiking (slow pace, nature awareness)
Group walks with space for silence and connection
A welcoming space for 30- & 40-somethings
Occasional themes (sunrise walks, intention setting, grounding walks).
Location:
Based in Southampton. Open to all in their 30s and 40s.
Ready to walk differently?
Come as you are.
Bring your water, your curiosity, and your presence.
