DESCRIPTION:
We will begin the evening with gentle Qigong movements guided by Emmett Sylvester, helping you align with the present Moon’s energy while awakening the Co-Creator and Healer within. Lisa Hagenbuch will then share an Energy Report, highlighting the opportunities this October Full Moon brings to us in the Chicagoland area.
Together we will tune into the feeling energy that the moon illuminates within us, noticing where it rests on the vibrational scale and how we can gently lift ourselves into higher states of love, joy and peace. Through guided meditation, reflection and energy practices, we'll explore how to shift from lower vibrations of fear or doubt into the expansive frequencies of trust and love. The Full Moon offers us clarity and release, reminding us of our natural ability to rise in vibration and return to the truth of who we are - infinite light and love. The evening will close with a Gratitude Ritual and healing circle, creating space for collective release and renewal.

Returning participants, kindly confirm your attendance so Lisa can prepare your personal Lunar Report—a written description of how the Full Moon is influencing your life.
