Equinox Cacao Ceremony

CACAO CEREMONY THIS SUNDAY AT 5 PM

Join us at Holistic Health & Wellness for a powerful Equinox Cacao Ceremony centered around slowing down, releasing, and creating space for what this new season is asking us to receive.
Through ceremonial cacao, intentional breath, meditation, and energy work, we’ll create space to quiet the outside noise and reconnect with ourselves.

Registration is strongly encouraged. We prepare our cacao intentionally based on the number of people attending, so if you’re feeling called to join us, please register today so we can prepare enough cacao and hold space for you.

What to bring:
Come with an open mind, an open heart, and your journal. You may want to capture what comes forward for you during reflection and meditation.
