Midweek reset, anyone?
Wednesday night Hatha Yoga is an open invitation to slow down, breathe deeper, and come back into your body.

This class is especially supportive for those working from home, carrying stress in the body and mind, or simply craving a pause from the constant doing. We’ll move gently and intentionally, creating space for the nervous system to soften and the breath to guide the practice.

We invite you to arrive early, giving yourself time to drop in and ground before practice begins. And if, at the end of class, you feel called to come back to the earth and simply sit in quiet meditation, that space is honored.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded and restored.
