When was the last time you took a moment in your busy week to focus on your health and wellness?
🤝 Join us for an uplifting in-person gathering-a space for reflection, connection, renewal and community. Get inspired to care for yourself and make positive changes-leave refreshed and motivated; while being part of a like-minded community.
What makes Wellness Breaks @Soul Home sessions special?
- The focus is on whole health- mind, body, soul, and energy 🌸✨
- We begin and end with meditative practices and quiet time to centre ourselves and deepen our connection 🧘♀️🧘♂️
- To ensure privacy for meditation and energy work, the gathering takes place in a dedicated space rather than a public venue 🔒
- Guest speakers and community members will frequently be invited to discuss health and wellness topics 🎙️
- The evening features group discussions centred around a wellness theme 💬
- Tea and a healthy snack will be provided 🍵; you're also welcome to bring your own snack if you wish
- Dress code is comfortable, leaning toward smart casual, considering our location 👚👖
✨ Schedule on Thursday 4th September- Ho'oponopono Focus: Self healing, self compassion & making things right.
6:15 PM: Arrival & Participant Networking
- Warm welcomes and tea/coffee offered as you arrive
6:30 PM: Grounding Meditation
- Settle in with a relaxing, grounding meditation
6:40 PM: Introduction to the Discussion Topic : "The benefits of reconciliation, forgiveness, and moving forward -for our health and wellbeing. And how these themes build self-compassion and facilitate self-healing."
- Group discussion and sharing of insights, experiences and strategies that work
7:10 PM: Input by Archana - Soul Home Community Member | Certified Ho'oponopono & EFT Practitioner
💡 What if four simple phrases could transform how you feel and relate to others?
Ho'oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, designed to correct, heal, and restore balance in relationships and within oneself. ☯️
✨Archana will introduce us to a modern interpretation of this ancient Hawaiian healing practice, and demonstrate how it can be practically applied in daily life.

- Take a moment to reflect on your journey so far, and enjoy a warm drink while chatting to the other participants
7:50 PM: Group Discussion
- Continue exploring the topic, sharing questions, insights, and experiences
8:05 PM Closing Meditative Practice
- A calming meditation to conclude the evening
8:15 PM: Close of the Evening
