When was the last time you took a moment in your busy week to focus on your health and wellness?

🤝 Join us for an uplifting in-person gathering-a space for reflection, connection, renewal and community. Get inspired to care for yourself and make positive changes-leave refreshed and motivated; while being part of a like-minded community.

What makes Wellness Breaks @Soul Home sessions special?
- The focus is on whole health- mind, body, soul, and energy 🌸✨
- We begin and end with meditative practices and quiet time to centre ourselves and deepen our connection 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
- To ensure privacy for meditation and energy work, the gathering takes place in a dedicated space rather than a public venue 🔒
- Guest speakers and community members will frequently be invited to discuss health and wellness topics 🎙️
- The evening features group discussions centred around a wellness theme 💬
- Tea and a healthy snack will be provided 🍵; you're also welcome to bring your own snack if you wish
- Dress code is comfortable, leaning toward smart casual, considering our location 👚👖

✨ Schedule on Monday 13th October- Sound Healing Experience with Tibetan Bowls 🎶
6:15 PM: Arrival & Participant Networking
- Warm welcomes and tea/coffee offered as you arrive
6:30 PM: Grounding & Relaxing Sound Healing Meditation 🧘‍♂️
- Enjoy a gentle sound healing meditation with Tibetan bowls, guided by Vivien Chin, allowing their soothing vibrations to deepen your relaxation and prepare your mind and body for the evening ahead.
6:45 PM: Input by Vivien Chin- Soul Home Community Member | Certified Sound Healer | Cacao Facilitator | Level 2 Reiki Practitioner
Vivien will guide us to explore:
How sound healing affects brainwave states, helping your mind shift into more relaxed, meditative modes In many traditions, we have energy centers (chakras) and a life-force energy (Qi) that influence our wellbeing: how different sound frequencies correspond to specific chakras How sound healing unblocks and harmonises your Qi Practical techniques and demonstrations to incorporate these sound healing methods into your daily routine, supporting your overall health and vitality
There will be time for Q & A and sharing reflections.

- Take a moment to reflect on your journey so far, and enjoy a warm drink while chatting to the other participants
7:25 PM: Group Discussion - "Listening to Our Body & Inner Wellbeing: Connecting, Detecting, Nurturing"
"How can we best listen to our bodies and check in with ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally? What are the most effective ways to detect when we're doing well or when we might need support? And ultimately, how and when can we ensure we're giving our system the attention and care it truly deserves?"
- Group discussion, listening and sharing of insights, experiences and strategies that work

- A grounding meditation to conclude the evening
