This small-group online workshop offers a calm, supportive space to pause, breathe, and reconnect as we close the year.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, followed by mindful art-making and light journaling to gently explore your inner world. You’ll be guided to express emotions, gain insights, and create space for clarity and emotional balance.
This session is designed to support self-awareness, inner healing, and a soft, empowering transition into 2026.

# What to prepare

  • Your favourite art materials (colour pencils, crayons, or anything you like)
  • A pencil or pen for writing
  • A3 or A4 art paper(X2)
  • A small piece of paper (about half of A4 size)
