YogArt: The Journey Begins Within You

October will be the perfect time of the year to escape our hectic lives and focus on rejuvenating our Mind, Body & Soul. We will spend 4 days and 3 nights at the Heartwood Yoga Retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains of GA. enjoying a combination of Yoga & Art = YogArt. There will be yoga and meditation sessions, expressive and creative arts, nature walks, cooking demonstrations, workshops and plenty of free time.

The retreat is in the midst of the woods so if you like to, or ever wanted to connect more with nature, then this is the perfect location. We will stay in a luxury cabin that sleeps 12 people (double occupancy) so make sure you invite a friend.

Our meals will be prepared by two experienced vegan/vegetarian chefs who live in this sustainable community. One of my favorite meals was the pumpkin pancakes and the maple syrup was so delicious.

Heartwood Retreat Center is spread over several different properties and we'll have access to all of it. There are two yoga studios, a hot tub, an infrared sauna, multi-level decks to really spread out, take in the scenic views, read a book or take refreshing outdoor naps.

Activities
Yoga, meditation, ceramics, nature walks, cooking demonstrations, vegan/vegetarian cooking workshop, hot tub, infrared sauna, poetry and more will be added.

The price is $600 per person with 2-people in each room (twin beds)
There is a $150 per person deposit. The deposit and any payments thereafter are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person that may want to attend.

Payment plan after the initial deposit will be $125 per month with final payment due no later than Sept. 15th.

Ask for your registration form prior to making the deposit. An invoice will be attached to the registration form.
