Magical Sound Healing Circle with Reiki

Dear Soul Adventurers,

I hope this message finds you well. There are a few seats left for our June Sound Healing Circle at the Blue Lotus Healing studios in Briarcliff Manor, NY.

This 90-minute healing session allows us to relax, release that which no longer serves us, and receive healing energy to re-balance mind, body, soul as we enter the June full moon phase. Activities include meditation, reiki offered by our certified Shamanic Reiki Master, and Shamanic Journeying. We will close out the space with tarot card readings.

Questions you can ask yourself as you prepare for your healing session: where do I feel resistance in my life? What thoughts, ideas or problems have I been suppressing or not fully acknowledging lately? Where am I stuck? What do I want in my life? What am I ready to let go of?

When we ask the question, when we state the intention, the universe immediately begins to respond with her answers. Sometimes the answers are loud and easy to find; sometimes they are quiet and subtle - whispering to you through the breeze.

My job is simply to hold sacred space for you as you go within to receive the answers or healings you are searching for. Key to this process is our ability to call in our healed ancestors, our spirit guides and power animals, or the ascended masters (Jesus, Krishna, the Buddha, for example) and ask them to support us on our healing journey. They are there to guide and teach us if we want them to.

If you plan on joining us, please arrive a few minutes early to give yourself time to settle into the space. Kindly leave your shoes in the hallway before entering the studio.

I offer comfy yoga mats, pillows and blankets. And if you prefer to be seated, I have couches and chairs to accommodate your needs. :)
