Online Yoga Meditation for Stress Relief

Join us at our Wednesday evening meditation. In America, we are very good at going and doing. How easily we fill out calendars with activities. It is important to create space in our lives to stop, to go within, to just be. In the temple of silence, and through the practice of meditation techniques, we gain access to the wonderful restorative powers of the soul - peace, calmness, understanding, patience, as well as the higher vibrational qualities of divine love, joy, and greater intuitive perceptions.
In this guided meditation, John Parssinen will walk participants through a scaffolded series of breathwork, affirmation, and visualization exercises that are common in Yoga meditation. Together, we will tap into that abundant peace and calmness dwelling within us.
This free event will take place on Zoom.
Event prep: Turn your phone to silent and find a quiet place in your home where you can be by yourself for an hour. You may lie down on your bed or go to your meditation room.
