The seasons are changing, bringing us new inspirations and an ever-changing context.
Summer is the time of sunshine and warm weather, with nature in full bloom, all creatures buzzing with life. For many of us, it brings openness, connection, warm nights, outdoors, festivals, camping, taking a break and enjoying life.
It may also bring unexpected showers or even torrential downpours, both literally and metaphorically. Our aim is to explore how we can deepen our enjoyment and appreciation of the great things summer brings, while holding space for the challenges and difficulties that may be present for some of us.
We are offering an outdoor workshop, with facilitated self-exploration and group processes to find your unique ways of self-love, connection to others and nature and appreciation, or possibly new ways of facing challenges. As part of the group, you will also support and witness others on their journey.

We will close the day with a picnic dinner, please bring a plate.

During the workshop, we will explore:
*How can we go with the flow of the seasons?
*How can we be present with and part of nature?
*How can we appreciate what’s around us, and share it with others?
*What can support us and ground us?
*How can we open up and connect with others in a safe way that respects boundaries?

What to expect?
*Free dance/ movement
*Sharing circle
*Optional and consensual connection with others and nature
*Shared picnic dinner (please bring a plate)

No previous dance or art experience is required. You will be free to participate in movement as much or as little as it feels right to you on the day.

Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in and make you feel good.

Please bring/prepare:
*your water bottle
*a plate to share for dinner. Please make sure that you cater for your own dietary needs
*sun protection (we’ll be under trees, but you may want to move a bit further to explore, and the trees don’t provide 100% cover)
*rain protection, whatever you need. Unless it’s really heavy rain, we’re keen to go ahead and integrate the rain into the experience.
