What we’re about
Soulful Sanctuary (aka SoulSanc!) is a gathering space for people who want to learn, heal, and grow in an emotional and spiritual kind of way. We offer classes and events in collaboration with local healers and teachers, and host our own healing clinics and shares.
We are centrally located off the 280/Saratoga Ave. exit, and offer plenty of parking and creature comforts. We also rent our space to healers and are open to hosting your aligned community-supporting events. We can't wait to meet you!

Who Are We?
Michelle Husain is the owner, facilitator and official space holder for Soulful Sanctuary, affectionately known as SoulSanc. She is also an intuitive Reiki Master Teacher, Motoki Teacher Apprentice, and Intuitive Guide with a lifelong passion for helping people find joy and balance in their lives.
She's held hundreds of Reiki, Motoki, and Intuitive Guidance sessions and has prior success in helping to manage clients’ physical pain, assisting with chronic disease and illnesses, and gently healing trauma, abuse, and other emotional concerns. As a former school psychologist, she's able to apply skills in behaviorism and counseling to help guide clients and students toward new wisdom and healing, on many levels.
Michelle teaches in-person Reiki, Motoki, and Intuitive Development classes at SoulSanc and leads groups with an experienced, humor-filled touch. Check out her current offerings!
She's called San Jose home for almost 15 years, and enjoys hiking, traveling, movies, and spending time with her husband and two teenagers.

In this 4-hour class, we will delve into your heart lines in depth. Let’s have fun exploring your heart lines/love lines and create next level satisfaction in relationship communication: with your family, friends, clients, co-workers - and especially yourself.

How do the 4 heart line types (plus a Simian Crease) relate with each other – what if you have two or more heart line types?
· And people in your life have a different heart line type or types than you do (the norm)?
· What are the best ways to communicate with them?
· To educate them on what matters to you?
· To feel heard and seen? And to hear and see yourself…first of all…
· What language would be helpful, as an example, if a Hermit wants to communicate their need for space and the Big Heart partner wants connection (a common dilemma)?
· How do you negotiate, what do you tangibly say?
· How you give up your desires? What to do about that.
Each heart line type is a different style. So many details available for each heart line type. Your questions, stories, examples are all welcome. -
There are 15 “extra” lines that are possibly attached to the heart line (chances are you DO NOT have all of them – thank goodness!) Each one has specific impact on your heart line expression. For example, “mate selectors” (there are 4 styles) identify who you are attracted to and why and how that same attraction exists inside of you. Maybe you have feathering or armoring. What does that mean and how does it impact your communication – ultimately how does it impact you asking for what matters to you and receiving it?

We will apply some universal principles (laws or attraction and resonance) to implementing your style, expression for each heart line type. If you have a Big Heart, what language do you use, with yourself and others, to open up the receiving channel more effectively? For a Romantic Idealist, how could you attract people with whom to have more meaningful conversations? The Hermit seeks honest and trustworthy people – what do you tell yourself/believe to manifest that type of person? What gets in the way?
If it comes up, we can talk about how each of the heart lines like to express sexually and what they don’t like…

Practical Intuitive Skills Development Four-Class Series
This is an in-person, hands-on intuitive skills class designed to assist you on your path to understanding your intuitive side. Whether you are new to intuitive work, or looking to refresh your knowledge and practice, this is the class for you!

Michelle Husain is a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master, Motoki Teacher Apprentice, and Intuitive Guide who served kids, teens, and adults in hands-on education for the past 15 years. Trained as a school psychologist, she facilitates groups like this one with a respectful, humor-filled touch. Teaching others how to live better and use their natural talents is a lifelong passion! Michelle is the owner of Note to Self Healing and Soulful Sanctuary.Brian Rainie, founder of Intuitive Methodologies, is a gifted instructor with over 45 years of energy work experience, and 30 years of teaching experience. He has a California Teaching Credential for Adult Education and focuses on methods that honor each student’s unique learning style. Brian believes classroom safety is the #1 priority. He is on the board of directors of both the Han Moo Kwan Association as well as the Motoki Association. He is a certified Reiki master, as well as holding ranks in multiple martial art forms. His specialty is energy-based methods based on power (MotoKi).
