Mina Marmol Peruvian Energy Medicine practitioner

Traditionally, Shamans helped their communities through their own powerful connection with the nature spirits. Their purpose was to serve as a bridge; supporting others in ways that expanded their sense of connection to Spirit. Nowadays, this connection is more relevant than ever.
As an experienced Shamanic energy healer, I’m a firm believer in the importance of cultivating our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. We can all benefit from learning practices awakening our innate wisdom and potential on an individual and community level. Shamanism teaches us how to trust in our connection to our hearts and inner voice. Discovering our own talents and using them to provide service to others helps us build a stronger sense of connectedness in our own lives that ripples outward to promote more goodwill and harmony in the world.
