Join Zhora for Restorative Yoga to ease the mind and soothe the body.
In this 90-minute session, we will hold a series of gentle yoga postures to relax the muscles/tissues of the body. Utilizing various cushions and props will allow us to feel comfortable, and applying our breath intentionally can ensure presence as we move. Restorative Yoga can help reduce/manage stress both in the body and mind, as well as assist in muscle recovery.
Take time to slow down at the end of your day and nourish your body with soft movement.
*Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that you can move and relax in

About the Instructor
Zhora is a 400HR certified yoga instructor in both Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, with a passion for Yin and Restorative classes. After years of chasing the fire of high intensity exercise, learning to slow down and deepen the connection between mind and body is a lesson she wants to share!
