Join Candice for a beginner-friendly 90-minute Yin Yoga and Reiki journey designed for all ages, genders, body shapes, and experience levels.

This is not a class about flexibility or performance — it’s an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through the art of being. You’ll be guided gently through a series of accessible Yin postures, each held with support from props, blankets, and bolsters to encourage safety, curiosity, and deep rest.

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork (Bee Breath) and oracle card reflection, setting an intention for the evening. Throughout class, Candice will weave in trauma-informed guidance, gentle self-inquiry, and optional Reiki-infused touch for those who wish to receive. It is intended to be a soothing, meditative flow that calms the nervous system, nurtures the heart, and invites you to remember your wholeness.

About the Facilitator
Candice is a writer, Reiki practitioner, and a Yoga Alliance–registered trauma-informed Yoga teacher. A mother of two, she began her own healing journey after the passing of her father in 2024. That moment became a quiet awakening — a call to slow down, feel deeply, and remember what it means to live with presence.

As the founder of The Inner Child Project (www.innerchildproject.com), she creates gentle spaces for self-inquiry, emotional restoration, and the remembrance of one’s sacredness. The project offers writings, and services grounded in the belief that healing is not something given, but something remembered — a return to our natural wholeness.

Her work blends energy healing and embodiment practices, rooted in her certification under the Usui Holy Fire II Reiki lineage and 200-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher training. She believes both energy work and somatic practice are essential — like yin and yang — in recovering from trauma and learning to live with presence, compassion, and purpose.
Her Yin classes are not about achievement or performance, but about being. Candice’s intention is not to teach, but to hold space — to invite others back to their own wisdom, strength, and the innate beauty of who they are beneath all conditioning. She believes that we don’t need to become anything more. We only need to remember who we already are — Love.
