The Survivor’s Guild is a free support group for adult survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault, offering a grounded space for reflection, guided discussion, and accessible healing tools. All participation is optional, and everyone is welcome to engage at their own pace.

The Survivor's Guild meets twice a month and is open to adult survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault. The group provides a grounded, supportive environment for guided discussion, journaling, and practical tools that support healing from sexual trauma.

Each meeting includes:
• A short grounding or self-soothing practice
• Optional check-ins
• A guided topic of discussion
• Time for journaling and reflection
• Tools and resources for continued support outside the group

There is no pressure to share, and members are encouraged to participate at their own comfort level. This is a facilitated support space, not therapy. Referrals to trusted therapists or community resources are available if additional support is needed.
