The Soulful Leader Community's mission is to create a safe space for conscious leaders to gather for deep connection, inspiration, learning and support.

We extend our loving support, expanding meaningful connections, providing shared wisdom and tools, teachings and trainings to anyone who's called to join our sacred community.
At our Monthly Soulful Circles and online gatherings, we inspire collaboration among members as they endeavor to reach their full potential both personally and professionally.

Collectively as a community of beautiful souls, The Soulful Leader Community provides a safe space for shared wisdom, for members to be heard, to be seen and to be transformed.

Where it all started;
In 2008, After escaping an abusive marriage of 18 years with her 2 young daughters, , Sahar was guided to support women to gather for a greater good of the collective. 
It was an integral part of her life that inspired her to get out of “the dark side of life” where she founded her first community The Bright Side of Life".

Gatherings and circles for women began quietly in Sahar's family room with six women …Her leadership and knowledge as a community leader have led to unique insights as she facilitated over 350 gatherings, workshops, training, social events and circles locally and globally, healing, creating transformation, and inspiring thousands of people.

With over two decades of experience as a community leader, her community grew to welcome thousands of conscious entrepreneurs. As a promoter, brought mega-influencers, including best-selling authors, renowned speakers, global thought leaders, award-winning entrepreneurs, and some of the best minds in business, spirituality, relationships and health and wellness to present on her stage.

Now that she back to the bay area after seven years, Sahar is excited to re lunch her her event and circles in the tri Valley area, we’re it all started!
