SoulCollage(r) and Gentleness with Ourselves

There's a lovely chant that says "I will be gentle with myself/I will love myself/I am a child of the Universe, being born each moment." I'm feeling like some gentleness with myself will go a long way right now. Let's explore this with our decks and see where we go. Bring any cards you've made and a journal.

SoulCollage(r) is a process of creating collages for our inner landscape. If you can cut and paste, you can access this modality. An intro to this fun, easy process provided for newcomers.

All supplies provided for participants joining in person.

Supplies recommended for those joining online: magazines, old calendars, etc. Glue, scissors and some firm paper or thin cardboard, cut to 6" x 8".
