**From Our Meetup to Peru: An Invitation to Reconnect**

Our **Meetup group in the SF Bay Area** is a space for conversations, writing, and reflection. If you’ve enjoyed these gatherings, we’d love to invite you to take this experience further—by joining us for our **annual retreat in Peru’s Sacred Valley**.

Each year, we return to this special part of the world, a place known for its natural beauty and deep sense of peace. The Sacred Valley provides an environment that supports slowing down, reflecting, and reconnecting with yourself.

During the retreat, we offer:
✔ **Daily yoga and mindful practice**—gentle practices to start the day with intention.
✔ **Guided writing sessions**—space to explore your thoughts, goals, and inner voice.
✔ **Small group gatherings**—open conversations and shared experiences.
✔ **Visits to special sites**—including Machu Picchu on our last day.

**What This Retreat Is (and Isn’t)**
This retreat isn’t about magical transformation or quick fixes. We do create **a supportive space**—one where you can step away from daily routines and engage in practices that may bring clarity, renewal, or a sense of reconnection.

**Why the Sacred Valley?**
This isn’t just any location—it’s a place that has drawn seekers for generations. Its landscape, energy, and history make it especially conducive to inner work, whether that means reflection, rest, or simply taking a breath away from the busyness of life.

**A Small, Intentional Group**
To keep the experience personal, we limit the number of participants each year.

You would need to get a flight to Cusco, Peru and we would arrange for an airport or hotel transfer from Cusco to the Sacred Valley, about a 1.5 hour drive.
