(((Art Healing))) Second Saturday May 10th 1:30pm - 3:30pm. Find Healing through Donation Based Community Art. Doors Open at 1:15pm. Space is first come first serve *kindly wait until the previous group has ended* Art Supplies are lovingly donated, and yoga mats, blankets and pillows are also available for sitting and comfort. *Practicing fairness to all, if you find you will be more than 10-15 min late, kindly attend next time. *Please note Doors may or may not be Closed at 1:40pm*. In the loving spirit of self-care, kindly take into account the weather, and please dress comfortably.

Description: Class will begin with a sage or palo santo energy smudge and deep breathing. The theme for the Month will be introduced, then we will spend time expressing ourselves through various arts / crafts / painting / and other artistic expressions. This is a direct and loving opportunity to practice healthy and loving self-expression.
