Join us for our weekly Midday Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Meditation, a guided space to cultivate presence, peace, and gentle awareness within yourself.

Strengthen self-compassion and emotional balance
Reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner calm
Experience a guided visualization to support reflection, clarity, and alignmentWhether you’re new to meditation or returning to your practice after time away, this circle is here to meet you where you are. The intention is to support you in weaving mindfulness into the way you live, relate, and respond—moment by moment, breath by breath.
