Psychedelics & Microdosing for Deeper Relationships (in San Diego)
Details
You’re not here because you’re just curious about psychedelics, you’re here because you’re tired of feeling stuck and looking for a deeper connection to yourself and others.
This monthly Psychedelic Q&A at Maya Moon is an open, casual gathering to explore all things psychedelics, microdosing, ceremonial work, and healing in a way that’s safe, real, and approachable.
Consider this your space to ask the questions you’ve been holding, hear from others, and learn how people are using psychedelic medicine intentionally for growth, healing, and connection.
We'll talk about things like:
- Microdosing vs. full journeys
- Healing vs. spiritual vs. creative use
- Ceremonial work vs. 1:1 support vs. group containers
- What integration really means (and why it matters)
- What to expect emotionally and energetically
- Safety, intention-setting, and harm reduction
- Legal landscapes & how people are accessing medicine responsibly
- How to know if you’re “ready”
- People’s real experiences (I’ll be bringing in special guests to chat as well so you can hear from more than just my perspective)
- And anything else you’re curious about
Who's this for:
- You’re curious but cautious
- You’ve had experiences and want to integrate them
- You’re exploring medicine for healing, growth, or self-discovery
- You want real answers, not hype or fear
About your host
I’m Lex — I’m a Psychedelic Integration practitioner, somatic guide, and founder of Soulkai — a relational and emotional embodiment practice devoted to helping people come back into connection with themselves, their bodies, and each other.
At the core of my work is the belief that most of us aren’t broken, we were simply never taught how to feel safely. Through somatic practices, movement, intentional connection, and psychedelic integration, I help people turn emotional insight into lived, embodied change.
I work alongside individuals in both preparatory and integrative spaces around psychedelic experiences, supporting people who are microdosing, exploring ceremony, or engaging in legal psychedelic care to create lives that feel more honest, alive, and connected.
Soulkai is the practice of turning emotion into relationship with yourself, with others, and with life.
This space is rooted in:
- Consent
- Safety
- Harm reduction
- Emotional honesty
- And community connection
