Pilates is for everyBODY- no matter your age, shape, weight, gender, race, social class or physical limitations.
No experience required, and ALL bodies are lovingly welcome—especially if you’ve ever felt like Pilates spaces weren’t made with you in mind. This is a space for reclaiming movement & your inner peace.
We will close each 75 min session with 10 minutes of slowing down & softening with soul cleansing breathing, meditation or other modality.
Pilates helps us function better in our daily lives, correct postural misalignments, connect mind-breath-body, and improve full body strength, core connection, flexibility, balance & so much more.
Gain insight into the foundation of Pilates & begin practicing the exercises. Learn the benefits of Pilates and how to apply it to everyday life.
2 homework exercises will be assigned weekly.
