Join us for a calming and supportive Gentle Yoga class designed for all levels. This practice focuses on slow movements, gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation to help you reconnect with your body and create a sense of balance and ease.

Whether you are new to yoga, returning to your practice, or simply looking for a softer approach to movement, this class offers a welcoming and nurturing environment for your wellness journey.
