One of the ways we are being guided into the 5th dimensional way of being is by raising our vibration to match that of a higher state of consciousness.
This is an existence where we feel unconditional love, compassion and empathy for ourselves and fellow humans exists in a high frequency.
And yet, it can be very difficult for us to start with loving ourselves, which also means having compassion, understanding and empathy for ourselves. So many of us beat ourselves up for past mistakes, for not doing/being enough, or for engaging in persistent bad habits and patterns.
There are many sources of love that can help us. One of the most powerful for unconditional self-love is the Divine Mother, Mother Mary. Her love helped me personally in my own health journey, offering me solace, comfort and healing at a deep level. She taught me to be kind to myself, to learn that even while I am still learning and growing, I am whole and perfect as a soul.
I am so excited to be offering a workshop in the Light System room at my friend Meg Poor’s Gott’s Cove Healing Center in Georgetown, Maine to not only invoke the energy of Mother Mary, but to experience the potential for cellular healing through quantum technology.
During our time together, we will gather outside on a cliff overlooking the ocean to connect with the Divine Feminine, in particular the energy of Mother Mary, and also of Mother Earth. Then, we will go into the Light System to experience the healing energies there for integration and healing.
People who have spent time in the Light System have had powerful experiences of peace and improved health after spending time in the Light system room (which are screens that look like fuzzy TV channels but are emitting a high-vibrational frequency). This “photonic collision” brings in colors (red, violet, yellow, green and blue) in color therapy, as well as sacred geometrics (Fibonacci spiral) patterns and positive affirmations encoded in the light! While absorbing the vibrations of the Earth, we will invoke the light blue, soothing light of Mother Mary along with a message she sends us each. Then, we will spend 45 minutes in the EE system relaxing in zero-gravity chairs in meditation.
We will conclude by processing our experiences and sharing if desired, setting intentions on integrating this new healing way of being into daily lives.

Please bring blankets, pillows, water, a journal to write in and a folding chair for the outdoor portion. You have the option of reclining in a zero-gravity chair, or you are welcome to bring a yoga mat if you choose to lie down. (And dress warmly for the initial part of the workshop outside). You can also bring water or crystals that you’d like to charge. After being in the system, it’s recommended to take a detox bath (details on this will be provided).
