To find your primordial sound:
The first link will take you to the Nakshatra Finder/calculator. You'll fill out your birthdate info. Once you do, you'll look for the Nakshatra name and Pada number. Write that down because you'll need it for the next step.
Next, click here. You'll scroll down quite a little bit until you see a chart. On this chart, find the name of your Nakshatra, then follow it over to the column with your Pada number. Write down the sound (beej mantra).
You're still not done. Once you get your beej mantra, add the letter 'm' at the end. For example, if yours is 'Gha', with the 'm' added, it'll be 'Gham'.
For the full mantra, you'll add Om at the beginning and Namah at the end. For example, Om Gham Namah (using the example from above).
It is a bit complicated. I can help you find it if you come in a few minutes before class begins.

Give your Vision Board the intention and attention it deserves!
This isn't just a cut and paste class.
Enjoy a light meditation, bringing you to a still place for contemplation on what you truly want in life. We'll spend time writing about what we want and putting it into perspective, including action steps to help attain these things. Bring your journal!
After the 1-hour lunch break, the Vision Board creation will begin! Cut, paste, and decorate your board with all the things you desire.
Cost is $75 per person.
RSVP and payment must be made no later than Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 10:00PM. Only those who are prepaid will be considered as attending. You can either click and pay here, or via Venmo @TishRMT (Soulspirational Wellness).
Space is limited so hold your place now and RSVP. When it gets closer, if you cannot make it, please change your RSVP to allow for others to join.
Cost includes class materials such as poster board, magazines to cut from, scissors, glue, etc. If you have magazines you'd like to donate, please bring them with you.
What to bring:
• journal (I will have paper here for those who don't have a journal)
• a picture of yourself if you'd like it pasted on your board. Be sure to make it a picture that when you look at it, it inspires you. If you need to print one, places like CVS and Walmart tend to have a quick print at reasonable rates.
• pre-printed pictures/images. If you have certain pictures/images that you'd like added, print and bring those images/pictures with you. I'll have a collection of magazines here to pull from, but sometimes we see something amazing on the internet that inspires us. Bring it!
• a drink or light snack. I do offer water, coffee, and tea here, but if you drink something special, please bring it with you.Note: We will be taking a 1-hour lunch break around noon or so. This gives you time to process what you journaled during the morning session. There are plenty of places to eat around here, or bring your lunch and eat in the suite.
