As a thank‑you to this Meetup community, I’m offering a free 15‑minute Nervous System Sampler using a full‑body vibration therapy mat. This is simply a gift — a low‑pressure opportunity to experience nervous‑system support.

- You’ll be lying down comfortably on the mat for the session
- Gentle, grounding settings (nothing intense or overwhelming)

Walk‑ins cannot be accommodated.
