Intro to Crystals

In this introductory workshop, you will become acquainted with the
healing energy of crystals to open us to our intuition and help us
navigate the energies of the world around us. This class is interactive
and fun as we will play with various crystals together.

You will learn:
- A brief history of the use of crystals and basic formations of crystals.
- How to choose, cleanse, and program crystals with suggestions for
crystals for protection, grounding, and meditation.
