​Mamta brings generational knowledge passed down through her Indian Roots. She completed her **professional Ayurveda Therapist training** under Dr. Kalyani Nagersheth, a renowned Ayurvedic Doctor in Frankfurt & Part of the Rosenberg Insitute in Bierstein.
Her holistic approach also draws from her certification as a Traditional **Hatha** **Yoga Teacher** and as a **certified Art Therapy Coach**.
