Sound Bath Journey
Details
Join us for a relaxing sound bath journey at The Dragon and the Rose. You’ll be guided into a meditative state through the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and intuitive sound. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything you need to feel comfortable while lying down. Just come ready to relax, receive, and unwind.
Space is available on a first come, first serve basis, so we recommend arriving by 7:15 PM to settle in comfortably before we begin.
And as always, the shop's gentle store cats may make a surprise appearance throughout the evening — sometimes offering a little extra "cat medicine" in the form of quiet companionship and calming energy.
