Join me for the upcoming sound bath meditation at 10:30 am and let me guide you along with the gentle vibrations of sound to a state of deep relaxation and bring you back to your natural balanced state.

Sound baths can calm the psyche (mind) and soma (body). Sound healing sends sound vibrations into the body to target areas of pain, stress, tension or trauma.
During the sound bath meditation, you can lie down or sit in a comfortable position in the studio.
Please bring a yoga mat.
Dress comfortably and be ready to relax and unwind your mind and body.
You can pay when you arrive with cash or various cash apps. Thank you for the energy exchange.
