✨ Gentle Hatha Yoga Warm-Up
We start with grounding breathwork and a smooth Hatha flow to open the body and melt tension.
✨ Partner Mirroring Dance (the fun part!)
We’ll pair up in groups of two for a playful movement activity:
One person moves… the other mirrors.
Slow, silly, soft, expressive — whatever your body feels.
Then you switch roles.
It’s a beautiful practice of connection, presence, eye contact, and shared creativity — and it always brings laughter!
(No dance skills needed. No pressure. Just fun.)
✨ Free Movement & Expression
After mirroring, we’ll move into light freestyle movement with music — letting the energy shift, shake, and release.
✨ Deep Sound Bath & Vibrational Reset
Finally, we’ll end with a peaceful sound bath using crystal singing bowls and healing frequencies.
Lay down under the trees, close your eyes, and let the vibrations wash through your whole body.
