This gathering is a vibrational reset: a mix of Hatha yoga, mindful movement/dance, and sound healing held outdoors in the beauty of Memorial Park.

What we’ll do
✨ Grounding & Arrival (Opening Circle)
We’ll begin with breathwork and a short guided meditation to arrive in the present moment, release the week, and connect with intention.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Gentle Hatha Yoga Flow
We’ll move through a slow, accessible Hatha sequence to open the body, release tension, and create space in the spine, hips, and heart. All levels are welcome – beginners included.

💃 Intuitive Movement & Dance
Soft music will guide a free, playful movement segment. No choreography, no pressure – just a safe space to move, sway, shake, and let your body express what words can’t.

🎵 Sound Bath & Vibrational Reset
We’ll close with a relaxing sound bath using instruments such as crystal singing bowls and other healing sounds. You’ll be invited to lie down, close your eyes, and let the vibrations wash over your body and nervous system.

🫶 Closing & Sharing
We’ll end with a few minutes of quiet integration and, if you wish, a short sharing circle and information about the education project for children in India that your donation supports.
