Join me for my first session at this lovely location! Let's gather into this sacred container of relaxing sounds that support the body’s natural healing processes. Dip into alpha, theta, and delta brain wave states as sound and vibration wash over you. Enter into expanded awareness as you ride the waves of sound with ocean disk, drumming, and crystal bowls. We will experience breath work and a meditative body scan before entering into sound portals. This is a reiki infused session. The word "reiki" comes from the Japanese words rei, meaning "universal," and ki, referring to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things.

No experience necessary, beginners are welcome! Comfort is key:
•Bring a thick yoga mat, a neck pillow, and thin sheet for comfort
• Great date night option or time with your bestie to explore the
benefits of sound healing!
•Doors close at 7pm. Session 7:00-8:30
Cost is $40. Session is 90 minutes (60 minutes of sound)
Plenty of on-site pay parking! Arrive early to situate parking.

1. Wear comfortable clothing. THIS STUDIO IS A HOT YOGA STUDIO-please wear very thin layers for comfort (or shorts /sports bra). This studio does not provide yoga mats!
2. Optional parking is inside on the 4th floor of the Carlyle Crossing retail garage for 90 minute validated parking. After 90 min it's a $2 charge. Carlyle Crossings retail garage is located on Mill Rd. Go up the ramp to the 4th floor. Parking is available to the left or right. Elevators are located behind the glass entry doors. Proceed down to the 3rd Floor. Doors to YogaSix on your left.
