Ocean Oasis Sound Bath

Join me at YogaSix in Burke, VA as I create a sacred container of relaxing sounds that support the body’s natural healing processes. Dip into alpha, theta, and delta brain wave states as sound and vibration wash over you. Enter into expanded awareness as you ride the waves of sound with ocean disk, drumming, and crystal bowls.

Through the harmonic and grounding sounds created in this session we enter into portals of relaxation that supports feelings of being grounded, cleansed, re-centered, and re-aligned. We will experience breath work and a brief guided meditation in this reiki infused session.

This session is 90 minutes, with 60 minutes of music. The time remaining is for settling in, guided body scan, and reintegrating back into the space after session ends.

No experience necessary, beginners are welcome!
Comfort is key:
•Bring a thick yoga mat, a neck pillow, and thin blanket for comfort and any props that support your practice!
• Great date night option or time with your bestie to explore the benefits of sound healing!
• This studio does not supply yoga mats
