Denise will guide you to a meditative state, exhaling what no longer serves you! With deep breath, opening the chest, inhale as you set your beautiful intentions. Mesmerize your Chakras with the frequencies that sing to each of them individually. Indulge in the healing frequencies. Regenerative sounds through Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Tibetan bowls, Wave Drum, Organ pipes, Crystal Pyramids, and a variety of other frequency-based instruments.

We are excited to have Reiki Master Che Renee with us at our 2pm.
While Reiki Master Denise provides Reiki energy at all of our events, Che Renne is offering one on one 15 minute sessions during the sound bath. This is an add on cost of $1 per minute for 15 minutes. If you would like to book this option, if available you will see an add on option during check out. Sessions are limited and on a first come, first serve basis..
If you would like more than 15 minutes, Che Renee is offering 30or 60 minute sessions after class for $1 per minute. this is also a limited number of sessions are available.
Che Renee is a Reiki Master providing a space for healing to her clients through channeled energy healing modalities, chakra balance, chord pulling, and trauma release sessions.
George's collection of sound healing instruments, Chanting, and range from thumb piano to multiple 6 amazing gongs, each offer deep healing tomes and frequencies. Together we will provide a sacred space for deep meditation and healing. About George Monoson: George S. Monoson has a Master of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Consciousness Studies from John F. Kennedy University. He has Certification in Sound Therapy from 9ways Academia, which entailed 125 hours of sound therapy training. He has completed Gong camp and the Art of the Zildjin (Gong Master Training) for a total of 215 hours of sound therapy certification at the same institution. Since his youth he has been interested in the unfolding of his inner life which entailed many different disciplines.
Please bring eye cover, a mat/or variation, pillow, and blanket.
