**Breathe, reset and unwind.**This 30-minute class offers a calming blend of gentle breathwork and evidence-based mindfulness techniques. Suitable for all levels.

  • 10โ€“15 minutes of guided breathing exercises (e.g., belly breathing, full-capacity breathing, box breathing)
  • 15 minutes of seated mindfulness (on a chair or cushion)
  • No prior experience needed
