**Breathe, reset and unwind.**This 30-minute class offers a calming blend of gentle breathwork and evidence-based mindfulness techniques. Suitable for all levels.
#### ๐จ What to Expect:
- 10โ15 minutes of guided breathing exercises (e.g., belly breathing, full-capacity breathing, box breathing)
- 15 minutes of seated mindfulness (on a chair or cushion)
- No prior experience needed
