Join us every Tuesday evening from 7–8pm (Irish time) for a deeply grounding and uplifting online session designed to release stress, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with your inner calm and vitality.

This weekly class weaves together four powerful practices:
- EFT / Tapping – Gently release emotional stress and overwhelm by tapping on meridian points.
- Breathwork – Conscious breathing to energise, stabilise, and support regulation.
- Conscious Movement & Shaking – Mindful movement and therapeutic shaking to soften the body, wake up the fascia, and discharge stored tension.
- Guided Meditation – End with deep relaxation to restore clarity and inner peace.
Each session is trauma-informed, beginner-friendly, and suitable for all levels. Expect to finish feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to your body and breath.
What You’ll Need:
• A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
• Headphones (optional but recommended)
• A notebook or journal (optional)
• Zoom access (link will be sent upon booking)

The session is led by Catherine, a qualified mindfulness teacher and EFT practitioner with a warm, grounding presence and a passion for helping others regulate, restore, and reconnect.
