Join us for a group "Nidra & Sound" session to start the weekend on a peaceful note!
Yoga nidra is a relaxation and restorative technique, sometimes known as "yogic sleep". During a nidra class, you will focus on stillness of the body and the mind, to attain a deeper level of consciousness.
With the help of your instructor's guidance, you will enter a profound state of awareness where your subconscious becomes more receptive, allowing you to release thoughts or limitations that don't serve you anymore, and replace them with more positive resolves for yourself.
Yoga nidra is also an effective physical relaxation technique, allowing your body to release tension, stress, and fatigue. It is even said that 30 minutes of yoga nidra equates to 4 hours of deep sleep!
This session will be guided by Camille and will include:
- A long guided yoga nidra class, along with
- A slow singing bowls sound bath to help you get deeper more easily.
Camille has trained with several teachers both in Nepal and in India and is known for creating a safe and comfortable space around her. Relaxation and smiles guaranteed ! So just come try it out :-) to...
