**The Urban Souls Energy Series was designed to keep your energy flowing and your mind-body feeling awesome!** Using deep breathwork techniques, healing sound frequencies and rhythmic, flowing movements, each experience will leave you buzzing! From our Shamanic Sound Journey to our Breathwork and immersive Sound Baths—**we have just what you need to clear the path for healthy energy flow, so you can feel your best for a life of vitality!**

**Shamanic Sound Journey.**
**First Tuesday every month.**
Experience a restorative immersion in the shamanic elements of ritual, ceremony and the healing power of sound. We will release the stuck energies of our repeating patterns and facilitate our energetic flow, bringing body, mind, and spirit into balance and alignment.

**Sound Bath**.
**Second and Fourth Tuesday every month.**
**First and Third Fridays every month.**
Our transformational new Sound Bath experience, with Leigh Higgins and Brendan Gibbons, has been designed as a completely immersive self-care experience that assists in overall healing throughout the mind-body in all of its interconnectedness.

**3-Part Rhythmic Breathwork**
**3rd Tuesday each month**
Experience a unique, 90-minute Healing Practice designed to activate a 3-part rhythmic breathing pattern—effectively quieting our dominant, more cognitive minds so we can drop into a deeper state of being.

Breathwork clears the nervous system of emotional and energetic blockages, and allows more connection with Self and surroundings—so we become more present as a whole. A natural remedy for stress and anxiety, breathwork facilitates self-awareness, opening space for mindfulness.
