Join our sound based guided meditation, specifically setup to adapt to those that attend the session for the evening. Sound and music are generated and improvised live with both digital and acoustic instruments. If you've experienced a guided meditation or a sound bath - it has features of both experiences.

There will be a 10-15 minute welcome and question answer preparation, 30-40 minute sound / music exploration, and then a 15-30 minute sharing and insight sharing period, to allow connection on the feelings and insights witnessed from the process.

The intention of this process is to give anyone who needs it a break, or restful period to process and or release the stressors and tensions absorbed somewhat recently. Our hope is to develop and grow our and your inner peace, which then will reflect in the lives of those we care about around us. The more peace we can reflect will hopefully impact the peace we can generate in our own personal worlds.
