Guided Sound Meditation - (Relax for Sleep)

Welcome to our second meditation, no formal experience with meditation required. The format of our group is to do a short welcome and check in to see see what everyone is feeling. The host will ask some questions to gather and learn about the emotional center of the group. Then with the questions and the answers we will create the story and the sound together that focuses our intention for the evening. We will close with feedback and comments of what the experience brought to us individually, and then reaffirm the last Wednesday of the month schedule.
It is recommended that you use headphones or earbuds if at all possible - and wired is better than wireless but any headphones are better than none. Also if you are able, please set suppress background noise to Low. (You can do this by going to settings - audio - suppress background noise - low.) If that is unclear contact us ahead of time and we can walk you through it!
