Welcome to our third monthly-ish meditation, no formal experience with meditation required.
The format of our group is to first do a short welcome and check in, and if instruction or guidance is needed we will provide it then. The host will then ask some questions to gather creative ideas from the group about the meditation we will create together. From this information the leader will create a story along with the sound together that focuses our intention for the evening. We will close with feedback and comments of what the experience brought to us individually, and then reaffirm the schedule for the next meeting.
It is recommended that you use headphones or earbuds if at all possible - and wired is better than wireless but any headphones are better than none. Also if you are able, please set suppress background noise to Low. (You can do this by going to settings - audio - suppress background noise - low.) If that is unclear contact us ahead of time and we can walk you through it!
